Sydney’s first certified passive house

We are proud as punch to announce that our Thornleigh project has been certified as the first passive house in Sydney.

It has been a fun and rewarding journey for all involved and for Passivhaus Design & Construct signifies the first of many projects built to this world leading health and comfort standard.
