I have always strived to build better homes. I was first introduced to Passive House concepts in 2016, I was impressed. Common sense prevailed and I have been building and renovating with those concepts since. Passivhaus Design and Construct ensures that we’ll see more homes certified increasing confidence for home owners.

I get real satisfaction at the completion of a quality build and love watching clients excitement throughout the design and build. To build a great home requires organisation, communication and a great team.

After completing a carpentry apprenticeship Dave started supervising and building. With 30 years of renovating and construction of residential homes, Dave knows how to keep a building site functioning smoothly. I like a clean and tidy site with a friendly team.

Dave enjoys a coastal lifestyle with his wife and 2 teenage children… fishing, swimming and generally being outdoors.
